everyone. My name is Jessica D. Louise. I am a full time physician assistant, and part of what I do is try to find healthier ways to make all of my favorite meals.\n\nWhen I was faced with some health issues as a young adult, I had some ulcers and reflux. I realized that even though I have a master's degree in physician assistant studies, I didn't know a lot about nutrition. So on my quest to find healthier meals, I came across tyent us, and I am in love with all of the health benefits. I'm going to show you one of my favorite recipes and all of the ways that you can easily incorporate the alkaline water from time use a into them.\n\nToday we are making a shrimp stir fry. I absolutely love this recipe. It is a one pot wonder. So we are going to start with marinating of the shrimp so we can use the tyent turbo water to marinate the shrimp.\n\nWhat's that going to do? It's going to remove a lot of the fishiness. So all we're going to do is add our shrimp to our ziploc bag. And I'm using fresh cleaned and devained shrimp.\n\nYou can certainly have the shells on or the tails on if you want. That does add a lot of flavor. So part of adding health benefits to our meal is using things like fresh herbs and citrus that adds a lot of flavor with not a lot of calories. So if you're noticing, I'm just going to put the zest of one lemon, one lime.\n\nOkay. Some fresh grated ginger. So we just peel that with the back of our spoon, nice and easy. Grate that right in also.\n\nAnd then we're going to use the Thailand turbo to marinate our shrimp. So I have my Thai in turbo, and I'll pour that in with my shrimp. There we go. A pinch of salt, pinch of pepper.\n\nClose it up, and it goes into my refrigerator for about 30 minutes. So after we marinated the shrimp in the thai and turbo water for about 30 minutes, we'll just get down and dirty with our fingers and lining it up on our parchment line baking sheet. This will take about ten minutes in the oven to bake. So every time I make pasta, rice, or quinoa, I use the alkaline number three.\n\nOkay, guys, so behind me, we have my shrimp cooking in the oven. Remember, we use the tyent turbo. For that. I have my alkaline number three boiling in the pot behind me, and I have my induction cooker here.\n\nIt's noisy, it's hot. So let's get cooking for the remainder of the recipe using my coconut here at the bottom of the pan. It is chock full of health benefits. It's antimicrobial, it has a high smoke point.\n\nSo that means it's healthy to use when I'm sauteing all of these foods. Okay, so we have the melted coconut oil, and you're about to hear the sizzle. So we have onions. Onions go in and garlic.\n\nThat is the mainstay of asian cooking. We're going to let that sort of saute a little bit until the onions become nice and translucent. And I'm going to add some celery. So celery takes a little bit longer, too.\n\nThat's why we're adding it now at the beginning. Okay, so once the celery, onions, and garlic have sauteed, you're going to notice, you're going to start to get these brown, delicious bits at the bottom of your pan. You could deglaze with soy sauce or white wine, those or even broth that's loaded with sodium. So instead I just used hyant number three.\n\nAlkaline water picks up all of that flavor at the bottom. Plus, we're going to start to make a broth for the rest of our dish. So to that, we're going to add a little sesame oil, some honey. It's going to add a little sweetness.\n\nYou always have savory and sweet in a lot of these asian recipes. Miso. Miso is fermented wheat or rice. That's going to add a lot of probiotics.\n\nAnd then all the veggies. So this is like takeout, but guiltless takeout. And healthier because you're not adding all that sodium, you're just simply using water. So veggies in those are carrots, some sliced peppers, yumminess.\n\nAnd then cabbage will wilt right in. Cabbage is great for the fall and winter. There's tons of vitamin C. Probably put half of that in there.\n\nWe put the lid back on, let it wilt. And then I'm going to show you how to bring it all together. So our vegetables have wilted. That alkaline water has made a beautiful, nice broth.\n\nAnd we're going to add our cooked shrimp. Look how beautiful these look. So remember, we use the tyent turbo to get rid of some of that fishy odor. Those go right in, let them soak up all of that delicious flavor.\n\nAnd then some frozen peas. I love frozen veggies. They come right out of the bag. They just go on top, and they take about one or two minutes to defrost.\n\nLid goes on. All right, so we just made a brown rice pasta that goes perfectly with asian dishes. We're going to put that at the bottom of our plate. Okay.\n\nSo on top of that, we're just going to put this beautiful stir fry with all those veggies, the beautiful broth that we made with the tyent USA water. Just load that right on top. Look at that shrimp and those veggies. All those asian flavors.\n\nReally yummy. Get some more shrimp on there. Perfect. Okay. And how I like to finish my stir fries is just with a little grated fresh ginger.\n\nReally going to mimic that flavor that we put in our alkaline water marinade for our shrimp. A squirt of lime and some parsley and scallions and some sesame seeds. And there you have it.
